Codon optimality vs systemic fraud (4)

A good model predicts. See: From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996). In our section on molecular epigenetics we predicted that A chemoenzymatic strategy for site-selective functionalization of native peptides and proteins 6/16/22 would be linked to food energy and pheromone-regulated genetic processes of reproduction across kingdoms.
On 6/23/22, that fact was placed back into the context of stupid theories. See: Abracadabra, One Becomes Two: The Importance of Context in Viral −1 Programmed Ribosomal Frameshifting

Yeast and potentially mammalian cells, typically direct ribosomes into −1 frame encoded premature termination codons leading to the rapid degradation of mRNA via Nonsense Mediated Decay (11–13).

See for comparison: The effect of nucleic acid modifications on digestion by DNA exonucleases

The ability of nucleases to hydrolyze phosphodiester bonds in nucleic acids is among the earliest nucleic acid enzyme activities to be characterized (1-6).

The nucleic acid modifications are energy-dependent and linked to Footprints of a Singular 22-Nucleotide RNA Ring at the Origin of Life 4/25/20.

We propose a model revisiting the architecture of RNA-peptide interactions at the origin of life…

You appear to have exactly three publications…on human pheromones…and it took a bit of work to find them…as far as Google Scholar is concerned you have ONE publication. However in the process, I discovered THIS gem: Criticisms of the nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled evolutionary model

I particularly like the “Kohl also shows significant comprehension issues within his own paper…” and “A multitude of misconceptions and misunderstandings can be seen in his comments …”

Deirdre Sholto-Douglas attacked without mentioning this review of biophysically constrained miRNA-mediated cell type differentiation. From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996) See our section on molecular epigenetics:

Yet another kind of epigenetic imprinting occurs in species as diverse as yeast, Drosophila, mice, and humans and is based upon small DNA-binding proteins called “chromo domain” proteins, e.g., polycomb. These proteins affect chromatin structure, often in telomeric regions, and thereby affect transcription and silencing of various genes (Saunders, Chue, Goebl, Craig, Clark, Powers, Eissenberg, Elgin, Rothfield, and Earnshaw, 1993; Singh, Miller, Pearce, Kothary, Burton, Paro, James, and Gaunt, 1991; Trofatter, Long, Murrell, Stotler, Gusella, and Buckler, 1995). Small intranuclear proteins also participate in generating alternative splicing techniques of pre-mRNA and, by this mechanism, contribute to sexual differentiation in at least two species, Drosophila melanogaster and Caenorhabditis elegans (Adler and Hajduk, 1994; de Bono, Zarkower, and Hodgkin, 1995; Ge, Zuo, and Manley, 1991; Green, 1991; Parkhurst and Meneely, 1994; Wilkins, 1995; Wolfner, 1988). That similar proteins perform functions in humans suggests the possibility that some human sex differences may arise from alternative splicings of otherwise identical genes.

pre-mRNAs are now known as microRNAs. They have been linked to cell type differentiation across kingdoms via  MicroRNAs organize intrinsic variation into stem cell states 3/5/20

The authors failed to link God’s Creation of sunlight and humidity to pH-dependent plant growth via the physiology of pheromone-regulated genetic processes of reproduction in species from Pseudomonas fluorescens to humans.

…I HAVE published in Science.
My work has presented at the AGU, AIP, ACS, ASM, ESA and SES…sometimes by me, sometimes by co-authors because you see, I actually AM a scientist.
You, OTOH, are a poseur who has enough jargon to flummox the unwary or uneducated. However, you appear to have no degrees, your major was “pre-nursing”, you have no H-index, you had a peer PUBLICLY refute your methodology and conclusions and you haven’t done anything significant since the ’90’s…probably because you’re batshite delusional. As near as I can tell, you’re little more than a lab tech with an extremely large mouth and waaaay too much time on your hands.
Stay out of the shark tank, baby, you don’t have the chops to be significant.

Deirdre Sholto-Douglas claims to work as a Microbiologist/Nanoscientist conducting experiments to develop nanoparticle probes to label metabolites for visualisation in living cells using epifluorescent and confocal microscopy and synchrotron based tomography.
Anything that may be derived from her largely irrelevant works was probably already included in the context of  Visualizing a protonated RNA state that modulates microRNA-21 maturation 10/26/20
Her friend Judith Hand unfriended me on Facebook before I could fully address the viciousness of Deirdre Sholto-Douglas’ ignorant and arrogant attacks on my scientific credibility.  However, I have many other Facebook friends who I met as members of the Human Behavior and Evolution Society (HBES).
None of the members seem to have followed the scientific progress made by intelligent serious scientists who refuse to believe that miRNA-mediated protein folding chemistry evolved after energy automagically emerged from the cosmic void.
I will post this and tag several members with hope that some will help their students move forward by examining what is known to intelligent people about miRNAs and prevention of mental and physical pathology. The truth is out there, but it is not to be found among the works of theorists.

It exemplifies the failure of theorists to link quantum coherence to coherently organized biology. That epic failure exemplifies human idiocy.
See for comparison: Epigenetic Regulation in Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors 6/7/22
It links Sabine Hazan’s works from microbial peptide synthesis to Thomas E. Ichim‘s patented therapeutic solutions via  energy-dependent miRNA-mediated stem cell Creation at the origin of life ~6000 years ago.
In my hierarchical model of top-down causation and disparate outcomes, I prioritized the epigenetic effects of thermal energy. The thermal energy comes from sunlight. It links humidity from photosynthesis to carbon fixation in cyanobacteria and miRNA-mediated protein folding chemistry across kingdoms. See:
