I reiterate: See Darwin Day 2019 (3) #darwinday2019 and Brugmansia mosaic virusĀ  Search results Items: 10

A previously undescribed potyvirus isolated and characterized from arborescent Brugmansia (2013) quickly led to the sequencing of the virus. The Complete genome sequence of a South Korean isolate of Brugmansia mosaic virus (4/13/13) subsequently linked the type isolate (D-437) of Brugmansia mosaic virus (BruMV) to a similar virus found in the USA.

During the next five years, the mouse-to-human model of biophysically constrained viral latency was detailed in Nutrient-dependent Pheromone-Controlled Ecological Adaptations: From Angstroms to Ecosystems (4/18/18), and the link from biophysically constrained viral latency in North and East Asia to the New World was published asĀ Environmental selection during the last ice age on the mother-to-infant transmission of vitamin D and fatty acids through breast milk (4/13/18)

The frequency of the human-specific EDAR V370A allele appears to be uniquely elevated in North and East Asian and New World populations due to a bout of positive selection…

Summary: During the 5 years from 4/13/13 to 4/13/18 examples of positive selection for energy-dependent changes in base pairs and naturally selection for codon optimality linked the light-activated assembly of the nucleic acid-microRNA-peptide nanocomplex to biophyiscally constrained viral latency and all biodiversity on Earth via energy-dependent changes in base pairs and the RNA-mediated fixation of amino acid substitutions in species from plants to humans.

One amino acid substitution, EDAR V370A, links the light-activated physiology of reproduction in plants to biophysically constrained biodiversity across kingdoms. Darwin was perplexed by the appearance of flowering plants in the fossil record, and the facts that link light to plant growth are not being discussedĀ  by biologically uninformed theorists. Instead, everything that was unknown to Charles Darwin and anything he ignored in 1859, was also ignored on Darwin Day 2019.

But now, the level of ignorance displayed by biologically uninformed theorists during the past 160 years is less likely to go unnoticed or under-reported.

Indeed, all the links from the creation of sunlight to differences in the morphological and behavioral phenotypes of species from microbes to humans can be viewed in the context of two interviews.

The dynamic translocation of transcription factors (TFs) in and out of the nucleus is thought to encode information, such as the identity of a stimulus.

The stimulus is light energy as information and the information has been linked from the light-activated assembly of the nucleic acid-microRNA-peptide nanocomplex to the cure for cancer.
I have pictorial examples of light-tracking in Brugmansia (Angel Trumpets) from last year that clearly link Schrodinger’s claims about the required anti-entropic force across kingdoms from soil bacteria to plants and insect polination at night via moths. The day and night differences link the nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction to all morphological and behavioral phenotypes in the context of the honeybee model organism.

Nutrient-dependent/pheromone-controlled adaptive evolution: a model (6/14/13)

…the epigenetic ā€˜tweaking’ of the immense gene networks that occurs via exposure to nutrient chemicals and pheromones can now be modeled in the context of the microRNA/messenger RNA balance, receptor-mediated intracellular signaling, and the stochastic gene expression required for nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled adaptive evolution. The role of the microRNA/messenger RNA balance (Breen, Kemena, Vlasov, Notredame, & Kondrashov, ; Duvarci, Nader, & LeDoux, ; Griggs et al., ; Monahan & Lomvardas, ) in adaptive evolution will certainly be discussed in published works that will follow.

A good model predicts, but it was not difficult to predict that the light-activated changes in the microRNA/messenger RNA balance would link the nucleic acid-microRNA-peptide nanocomplex to the cure for all diseases. Simply put, there is no other model for comparison, and there never has been. Even Darwin started with light-activated “conditions of life.”
