Autophagy automagically prevents cancer (2)

Study suggests how high blood pressure might contribute to Alzheimer’s 1/28/19, and this report on another article from the same issue of  Nature Communications on 11/19/18 was also reported on 1/28/19 as New knowledge about the interactions of messenger RNAs and micro-RNAs during brain development

…imbalance between cell types… can lead to this disease… and… this imbalance results from these two modes—mRNA and miRNA—not being correctly aligned.

On 1/27/19, in Autophagy automagically prevents cancer (1), I attested to the fact that the alignment is energy-dependent and the energy biophysically constrains viral latency.
The response from MedicalXpress was immediate. After more than a two-month delay, they published news on the articles that linked my invited review of nutritional epigenetics from human colonization of North and East Asia to colonization of the New World.
Only one food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled base pair change and fixation of one amino acid, the EDAR V30A variant, was required. The facts about how the microRNA/messenger RNA balance biophysically constrains energy-dependent alignment were detailed in Nutrient-dependent Pheromone-Controlled Ecological Adaptations: From Angstroms to Ecosystems

This angstroms to ecosystems model of ecological adaptation links nutrient energy-dependent epigenetic effects on base pairs and amino acid substitutions to pheromone-controlled changes in the microRNA/messenger RNA balance and chromosomal rearrangements via the physiology of reproduction in species from microbes to humans.

Thanks to Kosik’s group (i.e., Nowakowski et al., 2018) for recapitulating the facts known to all researchers who have linked autophagy to healthy longevity in all living genera.
See for comparison: Regulation of cell-type-specific transcriptomes by microRNA networks during human brain development
Had Kosik’s group linked the creation of sunlight to microRNA biogenesis and all biodiversity on Earth via the physiology of reproduction, they would have eliminated the neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense touted in their past works.
Instead, see: Study reveals evolution at work: Analyses elucidate a part of the brain particular to primates 2/27/14
Rather than admit that all serious scientists know how the energy-dependent microRNA/messenger RNA balance is linked to the prevention of all virus-driven diseases, pseudoscientists and biologically uninformed science journalists publish results like these:

…experiments have proven remarkably encouraging… [but] scientists don’t want to encourage the notion that microbiome-based cures for diseases like Parkinson’s are around the corner.”

Microbiome-based cures for diseases like Parkinson’s and all other forms of pathology link microRNA biomarkers from energy-dependent biophysical constraints on RNA interference to prevention and/or effective treatments of all diseases.

That fact refutes all neo-Darwinian theories. The refutation led to this question.

Q: Why have microRNA biomarkers not been translated from bench to clinic?

A: Because neo-Darwinian theorists and so-called science journalists want to keep their ridiculous theories.

New review compares the regional adaptations of humans and those of other hominin species to add support to the argument that our species is ecologically unique.

The adaptations are food energy-dependent. Light-activated microRNA biogenesis is required for the growth of food, and species-specific pheromones are produced when enzymes metabolize the food that links the pheromones to biophysically contrained viral latency in species from microbes to humans via autophagy.
