Phytoremediation, Microbiome and CRISPR (1)
We aim to promote natural product research by offering new scientific approaches, to stimulate international collaborative research work, and to use digital age-techniques to communicate scientific findings to both the wide scientific community and the society as a whole.
Phytoremediation technologies depend upon the underlying physiological mechanisms in higher plants and microorganisms, such as photosynthesis, transpiration, metabolism, and mineral nutrition.
In this 2/15/17 presentation on precision medicine, I mentioned that phytoremediation, Microbiome and CRISPR were added to Merriam-Webster Dictionary
All these words, matter. For example CRISPR stands for “…a strange cluster of DNA sequences that could recognize invading viruses, deploy a special enzyme to chop them into pieces, and use the viral shards that remained to form a rudimentary immune system.”
The enzyme-dependent recognition and destruction of invading viruses links the energy-dependent creation of ATP and RNA from the creation of the enzymes and the fixation of amino acid substitutions to protection of organized genomes from the virus–driven degradation of messenger RNA. The virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA links mutations to all diseases unless the creation of more energy for use in the cell biophysically constrains the replication of viruses. The creation of ATP is light-activated.
If you do not understand the significance of the dictionary definition additions or light-activated creation of ATP, see also: Dietary plant miRNAs as an augmented therapy: cross-kingdom gene regulation (12/10/18)
This review will give the complete understanding of exogenous application and cross-kingdom regulation of plant miRNAs on human health.
The authors recapitulate the claims from my series of LabRoots virtual conference presentations and blog posts at and RNA-mediated.com, Autophagy.pro and here at MicroRNA.pro

The “blind law of value” is linked to “…auto-organization favoured by an immanent selection…”
Other claims about immanent selection are scattered throughout the book. Sexual reproduction is linked from “…immanent selection of emerging microvariations (molecular mutations)” to difference between “…absolute control and absolute deterioration of the molecular variables of matter.”
That claim can be linked to claims of immanent selection of traits via internal, not external logic.
The lack of external logic led to the current state of political affairs in the USA and some other countries
Most corporations are only accountable to their stockholders. That trait led to the current state of corruption in all organizations that require either public or private funding.
For another example, see: Engineered Adaptability: Biological Networks Feature Finest Engineering Principles (2018) and “Trait selection is internal, not external” (Feb 2019) by Randy J. Guliuzza in the ICR.org publication Acts & Facts.
“Immanent Selection Describes Responses from Internal Logic-Based Systems.”
Natural selection for energy-dependent codon optimality has been linked from the endogenous substrates of all cell types to all biodiversity via light-activated microRNA biogenesis and the physology of reproduction, which biophysically constrain viral latency.
The creation of subatomic particles such as protons and electrons has been linked to organism-level logic and natural selection of all morphological and behavioral traits via creation of the sense of smell, which links food odors and pheromones to the physiology of reproduction in species from microbes to humans.
