Dating rocks or mating for biodiversity? (2)

I posted this link to Ken Wolgemuth’s Facebook page discussion in an attempt to help others make scientific progress.

Dating rocks or mating for biodiversity?

Ken Wolgemuth is an Old Earth Creationist who then followed the lead of the Young Earth Creationist, Henry Morris IV.

Sorry, this content [from Ken Wolgemuth’s FB page] isn’t available right now

The link you followed may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience you’re not in.

Both the Old Earth Creationist and the Young Earth Creationist blocked me from seeing their posts.
What don’t they want me to see? Or, is it that they don’t want their followers to see what I might post next?
For example, see: LHX2- and LDB1-mediated trans interactions regulate olfactory receptor choice (1/9/19)

The genome is partitioned into topologically associated domains and genomic compartments with shared chromatin valence. This architecture is constrained by the DNA polymer, which precludes interactions between genes on different chromosomes.

Simply put, the energy-dependent creation of new genes is biophysically constrained by supercoiled DNA. All serious scientists know that!
Within the 24 hour period since this was first reported, both Ken Wolgemuth and  Henry Morris IV appear to have abandoned all hope that their ministries could survive the never-ending stream of facts. The facts link the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy from light-activated microRNA biogenesis in plants to all biophysically constrained biodiversity by preventing the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA, which links mutations to all diseases. Light-activated microRNA biogenesis prevents the negative supercoiling of DNA and microRNA biogenesis is clearly linked from the physiology of reproduction in plants to the regulation of olfactory receptor choice in animals.
That fact was reported as: Genes on the move help nose make sense of scents
The Zuckerman Institute at Columbia University supposedly reported that a light-activated epigenetically-effected energy-dependent mechanism, which allows a a finite number of genes to distinguish among a seemingly near-infinite number of scents, is a genomic mechanism linked to enhancers.

Supposedly,

Dr. Lomvardas, who is also a member of the Kavli Institute for Brain Science at Columbia University as well as professor of biology and molecular biophysics and of neuroscience at Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

asked:

“Could the activities of other cells be shaped by the three-dimensional changes we see in olfactory receptor neurons? This is an open question that we hope to explore.”

Dr. Lomvardas is the senior author of An Epigenetic Trap Stabilizes Singular Olfactory Receptor Expression 7/18/13

In another example, down-regulation of the amine oxidase family histone demethylase LSD1 during activation of individual olfactory receptor (OR) genes in the mammalian nose has been suggested to create an “epigenetic trap” that prevents the activation of additional OR genes (53). More generally, H3K9 demethylases may act as surveillance enzymes that prevent the formation of spurious H3K9 methylated domains, which may lead to epigenetic mutations and gene inactivation.

He is also the senior author of: Nuclear Aggregation of Olfactory Receptor Genes Governs Their Monogenic Expression 11/8/12

…at the highest level of chromatin organization, the epigenetic “landscape” becomes a physical landscape [of supercoiled DNA] where particular genes and regulatory sequences are hidden or exposed in accordance with the cell type and function.

The structure and  function of supercoiled DNA is energy-dependent and it biophysically constrains the creation of olfactory receptor genes in the well-detailed nonrandom context of changes in base pairs that link the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy to fixation of RNA-mediated amino acids substitutions in the context of  feedback loops.

The future of Ken Wolgemuth’s Old Earth Creationist ministry and the future of the Young Earth Creationist movement led by Henry Morris IV are now inextricably linked to the cooperation among God-less Communists from North Korea and scientific creationists from South Korea, the so-called creationist capital of the world.
See: North and South Korea team up 11/13/18

…if border restrictions are lifted, the viral infections, such as influenza, that are more common in South Korea will start to hit especially hard in North Korea, where immunity is low and suppressed by malnutrition…

The political future of the Democratic party in the USA also depends on cooperation among those who are intelligent enough to know that building a wall between Mexico and the southern border of the United States is the only way to secure the future of the United States.
It will be unfortunate for all concerned parties if there is not enough intelligence to be found among Democrats to prevent them from contributing to more unnecessary suffering and the possible virus-driven death of us all.
